Agentic AI
AI has become part of our lives. and we use tools like Chat GPT on a regular basis. So what is Corerunway doing that you can't do just by typing questions into a chatbot?
We use custom AI agents. Lightweight ones to search the internet, more complex ones to rank and filter the results
We use custom web crawlers that can navigate through complex sites. Drop downs, dynamic pages, search functions, registration walls - all handled with ease
We source documents from the WHOLE internet. Manufacturers, data aggregators and industry associations among others.
We use AI to extract information from PDFs that the user selects as being the right ones to scour for data
We 'mark up' PDFs after extracting information to show exactly where it came from - a full audit trail back to the source
We create reports ready for submission. LEED for the USGBC today, other standards in the future.
We keep an ever evolving catalog of products where the data has been approved by a user - always up to date
We alert you to any changes. A new EPD, an obsolescecne announcement, a product recall. You'll be told if you've searched for that product.
A Massive Catalog
We are finding manufacturers and other databases are only too happy to give us access to their EPDs and other data. For example we recently formed a partnership with the National Asphalt Pavement Association (NAPA) who maintain a library of 9,000 EPDs for their members. You will find data that is not easily accessible on other sites through our AI.
